Our Standard Operating Procedure
We pride ourselves on an ethical and systematic peer-review process. Below is the typical journey of a manuscript from submission to official online publication.
1. Manuscript Submission
Authors submit their formatted manuscript via our Open Journal Systems (OJS) portal along with supplementary files and cover letters.

- Format according to Journal Template
- Register and submit via OJS Dashboard
2. Initial Editorial Screening
The editorial board conducts a preliminary review to check basic formatting, scope suitability, and rigorous plagiarism screening.

- Turnitin / Similarity check (Max limit applies)
- Basic methodology and language review
- Immediate Reject if out of scope/high similarity
3. Double-Blind Peer Review
Manuscripts passing initial screening are sent to at least two independent expert reviewers without revealing the authors' identities.

- 2-4 weeks review duration typically
- Evaluation of originality, methods, and results
- Constructive feedback and recommendations provided
4. Revision Process
Authors receive reviewer feedback and are given a specific timeframe to revise their manuscript and submit a rebuttal letter.

- Address reviewer comments comprehensively
- Submit revised version via OJS
5. Final Decision (LoA)
The Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision. Accepted manuscripts receive an official Letter of Acceptance (LoA).

6. Publication & Indexing
The manuscript undergoes final layouting (Galley Proof), publication on the journal's website, DOI assignment, and metadata distribution to indexing agencies.

- Crossref DOI assigned immediately
- Indexed in Google Scholar, Garuda, etc.
